Nobody knows all too much about Zoe Wheeler. She's not from Virginia, certainly not originally, anyhow. Word in the cell blocks is that she came from the West Coast, after having been steadily transferred from one prison across the country to the next. Very much a child of the system, Zoe was first taken into the juvenile hall when she was only fourteen years old and has been essentially incarcerated ever since. At a glance, it's almost impossible to understand exactly -how- she's been able to survive in so many notoriously dangerous prisons for so long. She's almost a waif of a thing, really - far shorter than the many dangerous predators that roam the penitentiary, lacking any obvious musculature. With her vibrant, bubblegum pink hair and matching eyes, she looks rather more like a candy-themed snack, just waiting to be gobbled up. Yet, there's something unmistakeably dangerous about her nonetheless, almost an aura of chaotic menace, that gives a wise predator pause. She's spent at least nine years behind bars, and she's still alive. There must be a reason for that - either there's a lot more to that bite-sized pink package than first meets the eye, or she's got some heavyweight protection that isn't worth fucking around with. Oh, and it doesn't help that she's certifiably insane! Nobody wants to fuck with crazy, not even in prison. There are all sorts of rumours floating around about Zoe, some of them surely too outlandish to be true, but others... well, just look at that little glint in her eye, that playful smirk. She has the air of a cat among the pigeons, playing with her food, even if the meals she might be toying with are almost twice her size!
