Tereza isn't a Russian-American or a long-term expat. A recent arrival from the USSR, she initially came to Foxville to attend Fox U on an exchange programme- or, so it was said. After her mother disappeared, her aunt, a Kasparova lieutenant, pulled strings to arrange her visa and get her out of the Motherland. With very little to her name, she quickly fell in with the rest of the gang, ending up doing work for them as a courier, gun runner, and lookout- things she is very good at. If you deal with the gang at all, it's quite possible that Tereza will be the one acting as your go-between- not to mention the implicit offer to make use of her whilst you have her on hand. The larger verts of the Cel certainly don't mind passing a girl like her around... and it would seem she doesn't mind it, either!~
